Stucco Foreman in Pensacola, Florida

Work is from Mobile to Panama City (mostly Pensacola to Destin)
Is able to, but not limited to:
Lead/direct employees, maintain a professional job site in all areas, manage more then one site at a time, work on tools, finish jobs on or before scheduled time, keep work site clean and safe, lead weekly safety meetings, train employees, complete needed paperwork per site, work within the job costs and find ways to save cost, use computer software when needed, speak with customers, problem solve
Must have:
min of 3 years exp as a plaster/leading work sites
drug free
has knowledge of all stucco applications
have your own tools
have your own transportation
have a valid drivers license
can travel when needed
job references will be needed
3 personal references will be needed (not relatives)
Production bonuses can be earned
First raise offered at 90 days eval
Second raise offered 6 months from 90 day eval
raises are then offered each year from 6 month eval date.
